Customer Service Executive

Our client a multinational global leader in energy supplies are now recruiting for an energetic Customer Service Executive.

The Job:

Carrying out outbound sales activities
Provide support to the field based sales team
Qualifying sales leads upon initial enquiry
Coordinating with third party contractors
Ensuring prompt responses and comprehensive solutions to queries
Working as part of a team
Ensuring that all customer contacts are facilitated in an effective and efficient manner in order to support growth targets
Be responsible for reports internal/external communications as directed

The Person:

The Candidate will

Have excellent Customer Service Support experience - 3 years plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Be able to demonstrate Project Management experience
Be able to demonstrate the achievement of sales targets
Be proficient in various computer hardware and software packages
Ability to work on own initiative and to be a team player
Ability to work a flexible schedule (which will include evenings and weekends)
