Contract

The Role:

This role will be responsible for ensuring that all produce being delivered to the company and all produce being dispatched is in accordance with the customer specification.

Role Responsibilities:

Product Inspections
Ensure that all produce is inspected and meets the customer specifications
Shelf Life Inspections
Inspect Quality Records as required and in accordance with procedures
Collection of samples for micro testing
Carrying out routine inspections
Work with suppliers and technical managers on product quality for all categories
Work cross functionally with technical and other functions
Liaise with enforcement officers on any issues relating to your role
Inspection of product against specification
Completion of Inspection Quality Records as required

Key Experience & Skills required:

Previous experience in a similar role is a distinct advantage
Previous experience in a fresh product environment also an advantage
Must have an understanding of inspection methodology and test and inspection equipment
I.T. skills
Excellent communicator
Ability to work well as part of a team
Strong attention to detail
Full clean drivers licence
