Lead Generation Executive (Energy/Engineering)

Quorum Search Partners are working with an Energy Services and Manufacturing Company based in Munster. This Company offers a range of products that offer energy efficient solutions to clients across Commercial, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Retail sectors.

With a field sales team based nationally, the company is now on a continuing growth phase and is looking to hire a dynamic Lead Generation Executive to assist in generating revenue across existing and new markets.

Reporting to the Commercial Director, this role will be tasked with identifying and engaging with key decision makers within target companies across Ireland and will focus on companies within Manufacturing, Commercial, Facilities Management, Property Management, Architects Practices , Mechanical and Electrical Contractors etc.

The role will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to build a substantial career path within this innovative Company. Candidates must have a Technical or Engineering background and must be highly motivated and organised to be successful within this role.

Ideal Candidate

  • Engineering Qualification, ideally within Energy, Building Services, Electrical or similar
  • Sales or Lead Generation experience is desirable but not essential
  • Good financial and commercial acumen is required
  • Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail and key follow up to initial contact is required
  • Candidates with a strong network across the industries/sectors listed are preferred
  • Candidates must be highly motivated, be excellent at managing time and be flexible to achieve the required lead generation results
  • Strong knowledge of Social media platforms eg. Linkedin and an ability to source key information across social media, to assist in qualifying and delivering new opportunities is required
  • Strong research and information gathering/market mapping ability is key to the success of this role
  • This role can be office or home based, and an attractive salary package will be put in place for the right person, including base salary and incentives
