Reward & Benefits Manager

My client, one of the world's largest Retailers, is seeking to appoint a Reward & Benefits Manager to join their HR team in Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for all elements of Reward & Benefits across the business.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join a dynamic, progressive team in an extremely successful business. An excellent salary and benefits package is on offer.

Location: Dublin, Kildare, Wicklow


  • Lead the implementation of the Reward & Benefits processes and initiatives in line with the annual cycle and programs
  • Contribute to the design and development of the strategy, considering business and people strategies
  • Design compensation packages that encompass all aspects of benchmarking for new and existing roles that ensure fairness, consistency, competitiveness and sustainability
  • Monitor the compensation structure to ensure it is up to date with market trends and suits the business needs
  • Manage budgets and reconcile budget lines through management of costs and spend
  • Provide analysis, insight, reports and papers for Executive meetings
  • Design and deliver briefings across the business
  • Ensure relevant and clear communication to ensure colleagues understand their total compensation package and provide advice and direction to senior management
  • Responsible for global mobility management for incoming/outgoing expats and business commuters
  • Coach and support the international support team, ensuring delivery of processes and resolution to employee queries
  • Forecast and manage costs effectively, always being cost conscious
  • Comply with legal and revenue requirements for all schemes and ensure compliance
  • Liaise and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and third-party providers
  • Champion change share ideas and experience to deliver results

Skills & experience:

  • Third Level Degree desirable but not necessary
  • CIPD qualification advantageous
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Compensation & Benefits Specialist
  • Experience of working with leading benchmarking methodologies
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, experience in managing a team
  • Experience in analysing and reporting data, proficient user of Microsoft Office suite
