My client a Leading Food Manufacturer in North Dublin is seeking an experienced QA Technician to join the team!
This is a full time, permanent position. Monday - Friday 8am to 4.30pm.

Salary negotiable depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring Quality/Food Safety of all products produced
• Training Personnel
• Conducting Quality Checks & Internal Audits
• Assisting with 3rd party audits (BRC Grade AA, customer audits)
• Conducting traceability exercises
• Investigating & resolving non-conformance's and complaints
• Creating and approving product specifications
• Conducting audits on retail outlet (beside the main factory)

Experience Required:

• 3rd Level Degree in Food Science or similar
• 1+ years experience in QA/QC within a food manufacturing environment
• Ability to work on own initiative and within a team
• Knowledge of HACCP and BRC standards
