Senior Accounts Administrator

Our client, a Leading Food Business, based in County Dublin, is seeking a Senior Accounts Administrator to join their team. The site is commutable from Dublin North, Meath & Louth.

Full time, permanent role. 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday.

Reporting directly to Financial Controller.

Salary: €37k (negotiable DOE).

Responsibilities:

• Processing of weekly & monthly payrolls for 100+ employees
• Liaising with Revenue Commissioners and employees on any employment queries
• Processing of month end nominal journals, accruals/prepayments and reconciliations
• Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts
• Weekly/Monthly stock calculations and verifications
• Liaising with external auditors on year end accounts
• Completion of all Revenue returns i.e. VAT returns, P30s, Intrastats etc
• Completion of CSO returns
• Maintaining creditors ledger, including processing supplier invoices and processing monthly creditor payments
• Credit Control – liaising with customers and credit insurance providers

Requirements:

• Part-Qualified Accountant
• Experience in a similar role completing the responsibilities outlined above
• Knowledge Sage 50 or similar accounting package
• Experience using Excel and Microsoft Office
• Experience in a busy office environment
